That decision being a license or permission to the Catholic Herald to use of the word Allah defies logic and reason.

Resolusi Perhimpunan MCA

Resolusi perhimpunan MCA minggu lepas terus mendesak kerajaan. Antara desakan mereka adalah, kerajaan mesti membantu pembangunan lebih 78 peratus sekolah Cina sedia ada melalui peruntukan khas.

Lembaga pentadbir sekolah Cina mesti dirujuk terutama berkaitan penempatan guru besar (pengetua), penolong kanan dan guru bahasa Melayu. Mereka mesti berlatar belakangkan Cina dan boleh berbahasa Cina dengan baik. Masa pembelajaran dan pengajaran bahasa Cina mesti dikekalkan minima 5 period seminggu. Tiap-tiap tahun inilah desakan yang kedengaran ketika perhimpunan tahunan mereka.

Apakah Najib Dalang

DS Najib mengakui sendiri bahawa beliau lah yang berusaha mempertahankan akta berkaitan sekolah vernakular sewaktu menyandang jawatan Menteri Pendidikan, bagi memastikan Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina dan Tamil yang diamalkan terus sesuai dilaksanakan. Sementara Anwar yang pernah memegang jawatan Menteri Pendidikan gagal berbuat demikian.
